The Hayes Group International Announces 2017 Workshop Calendar
As an adjunct to our core services, Hayes has offered public workshops for over 20 years. We currently offer three types of public workshops on a regular basis.
New to this year, our Leadership Edge workshop will be a one day workshop.
The workshops serve the needs of our many coaching clients as an addendum to their individual coaching; our clients who simply need the workshop for a few people; and for those who don't know us as a way of introduction to our company.
Below is the schedule of the workshops available in 2017. All workshops are also available to do in-house for your organization anywhere in the world.
Leadership Edge
Today's business leaders need to be especially skilled in having good judgment, or to put it another way, to be skilled at making the best decisions. This one-day workshop enables you to accelerate the pace at which you gain leadership maturity skills. By applying the Hayes Key Elements of The Leadership Edge, you will develop more maturity and be more skilled at having better judgment and making better decisions.

Influencing Skills
This two-day workshop is a dynamic and participative experience where participants learn and practice specific influencing techniques and skills. The participants learn how to better formulate a clear and accurate plan for influencing others, develop specific influencing strategies, and organize interactions to create desired results. The Hayes Group uses their special video-recorded skill development method to truly help people make positive changes in influencing behaviors.

Coaching for Peak Performance
Nothing is more important to the success of a manager than their ability to be a successful COACH. The training/development process in "Coaching for Peak Performance" has proven over and over again to be valuable in helping one become more skilled at coaching. This two-day workshop uses video recordings and manager assessments to help people develop their coaching skills.
