Nancy Crouch, M.A.
Nancy Crouch is a Senior Consultant with the Hayes Group International. She is an engaging coach, expert in igniting energy and developing vision in the midst of rapid change. Nancy is passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that models collaborative leadership across generations.
Nancy’s expertise in developing human potential, organizational change and program development stems from over 30 years of experience in building partnerships between educational, corporate and community institutions.
Leveraging tools and people to create optimal outcomes is a common thread among her track record across multiple organizations. As the Associate Vice Chancellor for Technology Resources and Chief Information Officer at the University of North Carolina Pembroke Nancy restructured the IT organization to align culture, competency and services. She is helping the community and campus forge new paths ahead. Formerly the Deputy CIO at Wake Forest University, Nancy led over 100 IT professionals and more than 50 student employees. In that role Nancy dreamed, planned, and executed comprehensive technology initiatives designed to complement the ideals of the university. She created innovative programs accentuating the creativity of digital natives to foster the adoption and integration of technology in teaching and learning. Nancy embeds a service mindset in the culture of the organization, seeing that experiences are engineered to produce superior customer satisfaction.
Nancy holds a BA in Elementary Education from Virginia Tech and a Master of Arts in Education from Wake Forest University.
