Susan Foster, M.S.
Susan Foster is a Senior Consultant with The Hayes Group International. As an executive coach, she specializes in coaching leaders to enhance their leadership skills, developing high-performing teams, and bringing their organizations through significant change.
Prior to becoming a coach, Susan spent over 25 years in key leadership and executive positions in government, including the U.S. Army and NASA, and private industry, both in the U.S. and overseas. She has coached executives and managers in government organizations, and both large and small businesses. She also provided consulting services to businesses on their strategic planning goals and developing high-performing teams.
Susan is a Master Certified Coach, and holds a Masters’ Degree from the University of Southern California. She has completed some doctoral work at George Mason University, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, and has completed additional training at Harvard University.
