This half-day workshop helps managers identify behaviors that are hindering them from inspiring others and building trust with employees — leading to slowed innovation, change resistance, lower morale, and lack of real effort.
Based on Hayes research and the book, “Start with Humility: Lessons from America’s Quiet CEOs on How to Build Trust and Inspire Others,” this interactive workshop will target specific non-productive team behaviors, introduce you to tools on how to replace the current behaviors with specific “humble” behaviors, and then most importantly teach you and your team how to sustain these new behaviors – leading to a refreshed corporate culture! Small behaviors can affect big change.
This workshop uses real-world case studies, self-assessment, and small group exercises to help leaders incorporate specific humble behaviors into their day to day leadership. You will receive a copy of the Start with Humility book that includes over 60 practical coaching tips.
