The Influencing Skills workshop is a dynamic and participative experience where participants learn and practice specific influencing techniques and skills. The participants learn how to better formulate a clear and accurate plan for influencing others, develop specific influencing strategies, and organize interactions to create desired results. The Hayes Group uses their special video-recorded skill development method to truly help people make positive changes in influencing behaviors.
This two-day workshop focuses on “learning through doing.” The participants not only learn valuable and practical how-to’s for improving their influencing skills, but discover for themselves how they communicate by observing videos after their video-recorded practice sessions. Additionally, they get valuable feedback from their peers and the Hayes trainer. Consistently, those attending the workshop have shared that what they learned in the training contributed to their being more successful on the job!
Video Recorded Skill Practice Sessions
During two skill development sessions, participants practice each technique, using applicable real-world situations, in a private one-on-one video-recorded session with an expert Hayes trainer. Playback of the session is viewed in small groups, where they receive feedback from the trainer as well as other workshop participants. Participants receive a personal copy of the videos for continued review and learning.

The ratio of trainers to participants in this workshop is one trainer to four or five participants, enabling individual attention and maximizing the learning experience.
